Unknown Lady

I do not know who she is or when this picture was taken. On the back, there is Norwegian writing which translates like this:
"Me, a couple of years ago but I have changed tremendous."

She could be from the Mahlen family or the Vangen family. I am not sure. If you should happen to recognize her, please let me know her identity.
