Audrey I. Klindworth

Audrey was born at Round Prairie, ND on October 1, 1925, the daughter of
Martin and Louise (Helland) Oyloe. She was raised in Round Prairie and
attended school there. In 1944, she graduated from Williston High School.
After graduation, she moved to Seattle where she worked for the U.S. Civil
Service, the Department of Interior, and the Alaskan Railroad and Shipping
office as a PBX typist and receptionist.

She was married to William Smith and they moved to Salt Lake City where she
worked in a similar job for a Cadillac dealership. They moved to Ogden and
she worked for Bekins Van and Storage. When they moved to California,
Audrey worked for an aircraft and electronics company.

In 1963, Audrey moved back to Williston and was married to George Klindworth
on August 8, 1966. While in Williston she was employed with Courtesy Cab where
she was a dispatcher and also worked at Mercy Hospital and Bethel Home. Audrey
died at Mercy Medical Center on Tuesday, February 25, 1997.

She was a member of the First LUtheran Church and the Women of the Moose. She
enjoyed dancing and bowling and had attended several national competitions.
She was a very loving and caring person, putting others needs before her own.

She is survived by her husband, George Klindworth of Williston,
1 son, Doug Smith and his wife, Judy of Denver CO and their children, Bill Smith,
Peri Smith and Stacie Mancuso,.
2 daughters, Marla Bean and her husband, Les of Williston and their children,
Mike, Keri, and Sundae Bean and Terri Matousek and her husband, Bret of Glendale, AZ
and their children, Lucas and Jeremy Halley,
1 great grandson, John Douglas Smith,
and 3 brothers, Clifford Oyloe of Williston, Gerald Oyloe of Bethel Home in Williston,
and Orville Oyloe of Hibbing, MN.

She was preceded in death by her parents,
5 brothers, Vernon, Harold, Ralph, Lloyd, and Marlyn, and 1 sister, Mildred.

Riverview Cemetery - Williston, North Dakota
